I am honored to be an ambassador for the Diet Coke Heart Truth Program starting this week and running through February, American Heart Month. Today, I am showing my heart through a hand written letter. In today’s world of technology, a simple handwritten note has become all too rare. For me, nothing beats the joy of finding an unexpected letter addressed just for me in the mailbox.

I will be sharing more (exciting!) information as it comes along, but for now you should know there is an amazing contest taking place on instagram + twitter that could get you in the Red Dress Fashion Show during New York Fashion Week! Now through January 28th, all you have to do is tweet or instagram a picture of a heart and include the hashtag #showyourheart (click here for official rules) to be entered to win a trip to the show.
