I was organizing my images yesterday and stumbled upon a forgotten maternity post that I wanted to share because I am not actually wearing any maternity clothes – the blouse and blazer are Hunter Dixon (last seen here) and the pants are my favorite Burberry coated denim that I wore throughout my pregnancy with a belly band. Continuing to wear your regular basic wardrobe for things like blazers and pants can save so much money. Plus, it lets you focus on the fun, fashionable maternity pieces like tops and dresses.
Jewelry always fits and can make a real statement with a classic black and white outfit.
And, of course, you can’t forget the shoes (if you can stand to wear them when your pregnant). At this point, I was only wearing heels when sitting at my desk or for short periods of time, but they made me feel like myself which was important to me.
