I am dropping in from Chicago O’Hare airport for a quick hello. The plan was to have a one hour layover here this morning to catch a connecting flight to Portland, but due to bad weather in Chicago, we are spending our day in the airport until our flight leaves tonight at 5:00pm. 🙁
Despite having to wake up two hours early this morning and missing his morning nap (because he was too interested in what was going on around him), Knox has been a trooper. He finally drifted off a minute ago so my current view is Knox naping in his car seat and FMK naping on the airport floor. (I should also mention that FMK has Knox’s giraffe loveie over his eyes. It’s a pretty cute sight, if I do say so myself.)
Be sure to follow along on Instagram & Facebook for updates from Oregon (if we ever get there)!

LOVE that Dad is using a lovie to cover his eyes – a new target market, perhaps?

Love! You look fabulous!

I love that handbag with the tiny monogram. Its all about the little details!
Monograms make everything better, don’t they?!
I love Oregon, they have great craft beer! Have fun and safe travels.

Thanks Amber! We sampled some at Pfriem! 😉
Beautiful, absolutely love how you styled up this gorgeous plaid look!! Happy travels! <3
Love it! Super hip plaid! Totally made me remember one of my favorite shows as a kid… Northern Exposure. While that does date me quite a bit, I remember loving how independent and spunky Maggie O’Connell was… and how if she had any fashion sense what-so-ever, she would have Loved this outfit, as apart of her Alaskan summer wardrobe.
I think I know what movie I need to watch next… never seen it! Thanks, Katie! x
This bag is so practical and just a little glamourous with the monogram- all the lovely ladies that I work with bought it right away!
So glad you love it as much as I do! Cuyana quality is the best!
