I took my DvF mimosa clutch out on Saturday night for its first rendezvous. I wanted the color-block clutch to be the star of the show so I paired it back to a simple black short and my favorite blazer. I think it made for a subtle sexy yet sophisticated look. I can only hope Diane would agree. ๐
Styling tip: Swap out the shorts for a pair of skinny black pants and store your clutch in a work tote for a transition desk to dinner look.

Love the black and white combination! The cut of those heels are perfect for elongating legs, wish I had picked them up on Gilt!
Love your transition tip! Day-to-night transitions is an area I could definitely use some help in. Great outfit!
