This weekend was full of family, friends and celebrations. I flew into Austin Friday night and had dinner with one of my best friends from childhood before heading to San Antonio to celebrate my nieces 4th birthday. We got up early Saturday morning for the birthday party and then headed to the pool to try and beat the heat. (Yes, it really is 103 in Texas right now!)
On Saturday night, we ate dinner at the famous River Walk to satisfy my Tex Mex craving. I thought this colorful Thakoon dress was the perfect compliment to the bright and festive colors of San Antonio.
Early Sunday morning, I was on a flight back to New York. It was a quick trip, but worth every second! How did you spend your weekend?

Had a great weekend sailing around my hometown of Santa Barbara having a meal prepared by a chef onboard, then inland for shopping at Neimans and drinks by the water. Next day was brunch on the water, sailing and paddle boarding, followed by a art and wine show along the beach. We had a great Sunday evening shopping girls trip at our beauitful historic shopping center with trendy boutiques surrounded by fountains, art and flowers. Followed by a concert outdoors. What a beauitful life here in California where the fun never ends!
