I believe every mom should be celebrated on Mother’s Day so I partnered with Pro Flowers to send four special moms in my life a little love in the form of a beautiful floral bouquet picked to match their personalities.
In my opinion, being a mom is one of the hardest jobs in the world and it is also the most important. Being blessed with the gift to impact another person’s life is no small task. Throw in the fact that you don’t get a training program, a quarterly review, or a bonus structure for achieving your goals – like in my previous jobs – it can be a bit challenging at times, to say the least.
If you follow me on Instagram, you know how much I love flowers. Nothing makes me happier than a clean house with fresh blooms. Of course I jumped at the opportunity to share one of my favorite things with my favorite mothers. (Sorry Dads, you are going to have to tackle the clean house part.) I got on proflowers.com and browsed their wide selection to find the perfect bouquet to match each of my loved ones’ personalities.
My mother amazes me everyday with all the things she can juggle and execute. She is a mother to three, a grandmother to four and the #2 Keller Williams Agent in her region! She manages it all so seamlessly, sometimes we forget to give her the proper praise she deserves. Since she loves roses, and the pink and green are perfect to brighten up her office, I sent her โLavish Rosesโ.
My sister is a mother of three beautiful children (on the inside and out) and she also has a small personal business that she works on from home (during naps). I learned so much from her long before Knox was born and she continues to be my biggest inspiration. For her, โAll the Frillsโ was the perfect match (in name & appearance) because she deserves just that!
Next up was my sweet MIL / Knoxโs Lovie. Lucky for us, she only lives a few miles down the road so we get to see her often. I am reminded on a weekly basis when she saves the day what a blessing it is to have family nearby. For her, I sent โPerfectly Pastelโ to go with her beautiful home + kind heart.
Last, but certainly not least, is one of my college besties who will be celebrating her first Motherโs Day. I have loved sharing life with her since we met on Bid Day Freshman year, and I am so excited to see her tackle her next adventure, being a mom. I have no doubt she will be anything less than perfect โ just like everything else she takes on. Since she just got home from the hospital, I sent her vibrant multi-colored tulips paired with gourmet dipped strawberries from Shariโs Berries(for an indulgent midnight treat when she is up with baby).
On this Mother’s Day, don’t let the mothers in your life go another day without telling them what a wonderful job they are doing. Say ‘thank you’. Give them a big hug. And best of all, send them Proflowers. It can be your coworker, your boss, your friend, or, of course, your mom. I promise, it will make their day!
