At 31 weeks pregnant, I decided to take it easy this fashion week. However, I have been able to pop in to one event a day to get a taste of all the fun without wearing myself out too much. It is hard knowing I am missing out on catching up with some of my favorite blogger friends but, I know it would have been too much for me (and my feet) to handle.
I have found that wearing a form-fitting layer under a blazer is one of the more flattering silhouettes for a baby bump. The tight layer makes it clear that there is indeed a baby under there (and not too much pizza) and the blazer adds a concealing, conservative layer.

Love this ensemble, and you look fantastic…but your feet look like they are crying…I hope you didn’t wear these heels for much longer than the photos! 😉
ha ha! Don’t worry, I didn’t! I walk in flats and then switch shoes when I get where I am going.
I heart that dress, bump or no bump!!!

The black shoes and bag with gold detail are well put together. You’re right about the blazer and bump, great tip. You should write a post on dressing with a bump!

I do plan on sharing my findings at the end. Glad to know there is interest! 😉
I saw you from across the roof at the RewardStyle party in this look-you looked fantastic!!! The print on that dress is amazing, and the blazer is just conservative enough.

Aw, I am sorry we didn’t get a chance to meet!
This look is so classy and cute! Very flattering. Lovely pattern on that dress, too!
xo honestly, b.
I love this look on you! You’re so right about the tighter layer… when I was pregnant I felt as though I looked like I’d eatenj just a bit too much all the time. The body con dress really does say, “Hello, there’s a baby in here!”.

You really do look fabulous!! Great tip about the blazer. After one of your previous posts about how blazers pull together a look, I went out and bought two (from Zara, nothing too pricey). I’m not usually a blazer person– too formal for everyday life with a toddler, I guess — but when I put one on I realized that it does upgrade the whole outfit.
I’m also 25 weeks along with my pregnancy and have so enjoyed seeing how you put such great looks together. Thanks!
Congratulations on your pregnancy! Glad to hear you love your new blazers! Throw them on over a t-shirt with a fun necklace and it will be comfortable and chic for chasing around your little toddler! 😉
You looked divine that day! Loved this outfit so much! xx
Thank you! It was lovely meeting you! x
