It’s no secret that velvet is HUGE this season.  I was so excited to find the perfect, everyday dress that is so on-trend and easy to wear now – even in unpredictable fall Houston temperatures.

When I am in New York City, I always pack my schedule to try to fit in everyone and everything.  It was a work trip so I was there for meetings and coffee dates during the day, but any free time I had I was trying to see all our old friends and hit up my favorite spots!  This dress proved to be the perfect desk-to-dinner option.
