I recently shared photos of the boysβ updated bedroom now that Knox and Andrew are officially sharing a room. Itβs really sweet to see them getting along so well and becoming buddies.
When selecting furniture pieces and bedding for the boysβ room, I focused on classic and timeless styles that they wonβt outgrow quickly, but I love mixing in playful accessories that spark a bit of imagination. I was super excited to hear about Drew Barrymoreβs new Flower Kids line for Walmart that includes adorable, colorful decor accents. I picked up a few pieces from the new collection at my local Walmart and love how they immediately livened up the boysβ room. Knox and Andrew are huge fans of their new whimsical room decor, and the price point canβt be beat! I love how Walmart is making stylish decor accessible by partnering with tastemakers like Drew Barrymore. As a mom of two boys, I know how quickly kids grow and change, and how often they βaccidentallyβ break or damage things! The new Flower Kids collection is great because everything is reasonably priced and the materials arenβt fragile (which is essential when two boys share a room!). Knox and Andrew are obsessed with this soft alligator pillow and love asking about countries on their animal world map. And how cute is this cloud night light?? I also picked up these lidded sailboat tumblers and melamine plates because we can never seem to have enough casual, unbreakable dishware for the boys!
There are so many other adorable pieces in the collection, from lighting to wall art — I snagged these βDay at the Zooβ prints. I highly recommend taking a peek if youβre looking to add decor touches to a nursery or kidsβ room!
