Now that we are back in New York, I have been enjoying time decorating our new apartment.  When we moved in, there were a few things from our old apartment that didn’t fit in our new space (our rug, for example).  Plus, a thing or two that I decided it was high time to leave behind (a red chair that was my older sister’s in college).  I am waiting for a few finishing touches to ship before I share pictures, but in the mean time, I thought I would share my inspiration board.

I based the color scheme on items I already own and love – my antique imari lamps and bowl.  From there, I knew I wanted to include shades of blue and orange.  I started pinning for inspiration, and I am loving how it is coming together!  What do you think?
