I’m slowly trying to tackle one room at a time, but lately I feel like I can’t actually pull the trigger and make a decision on anything!  Every decision feels so permanent in a house! Where as before, in our apartment, I always knew exactly what I wanted.  Funny how that works.

Lately, I have found myself day dreaming about adding wallpaper and wainscoting in the dining room.  I love these floral prints in blue to add some color to our neutral palate.  But I don’t want the room to feel too stuffy or formal.

I love this Lily Bunn room for mixing a traditional paper with a modern light fixture and a whimsical purple ikat chair!

This room is a similar layout to our dining room with the double windows.  I love the round (vs. oval) dinning table and how they tied the wall paper together with the fabric on the back of the chairs.

I love the idea of playing with prints on the walls and the curtains.  This neutral version is a great option for someone who doesn’t want to go all out with color.
