On Saturday, my husband and I headed to Long Island with some friends  to the Belmont Stakes horse races. I had so much fun watching the horses and spending time with friends, despite my bad luck in the gambling department.  My betting strategy could have had something to do with my “bad luck” since it consisted of picking the horse with the best name.  A few of my favorites were It’s Tricky, Prince Will I Am, and Mucho Macho Man.  Unfortunately (and not surprisingly), I didn’t come home a winner this time. Oh well, there is always next year.
