One, it’s my birthday (33!)! And two, it’s almost Valentine’s Day weekend! (Is that even a thing?) Either way, we are celebrating both today with a special guest appearance from my one and only, FMK.
I spotted this dress as I was walking past the Zara window with my mom and knew it was perfect for the occasion so I ran in and grabbed it! (This similar one from ASOS is only $30! And how gorg is this one from Shopbop?!)
What are your weekend plans, anything fun? We are celebrating with a date night tonight and then hanging with the boys the rest of the weekend. We are making a conscious effort to use our Houston City Guide and take advantage of all the fun Houston has to offer on the weekends, especially this time of year. Fred and I visited the Menil Collection during our staycation and then we took the boys to the Museum of Natural Science. Knox loves the shows at the planetarium, he literally thinks we fly into space. And, of course, the dinosaurs are always a big hit!

Seriously. Don’t run a blog that attempts to give advice about fashion and lifestyle, when you drag your poor man out to pose with you and he is dressed like that!
Those baggy ill fitting pants, terrible tacky looking lofas and generic obese man with a beer belly shirt… GROSS.
Sort it out girlfriend, you can’t curate him but you sure can buy him a new few items of clothing… I’m stopping taking your advice!

I didn’t fall in love with my husband for the way he dresses. And I didn’t have to drag him anywhere, he supports me and my blog and happily steps in when I ask. Secondly, he is certainly not obese, he’s actually quiet fit. I pray that you find a man as loving, giving and honorable as he. He is an amazing father, husband, Christian and businessman. I am sorry you have so much hate in your heart for someone you’ve never even met.
I hope you find some peace in whatever it is that is truly bothering you.

Wow..lots of us love seeing such a sweet loving family. My suggestion to you would be to follow someone you think fits the style and look you think is important. Saying things that are unkind hurt you more than the person you are directing them to. Hope you find some kindness and peace in your life.
