They say to pack your hospital bag at 36 weeks. Since Knox surprised us at 34 weeks, I recommend packing a littler earlier so you will be more prepared than I was if you get your special delivery early. That being said, this list is not what I had packed, but a list of what my family had to bring us during our stay.
I guess it isn’t a coincidence that the two things I had prepared were the bag itself and what I would wear. This Coach bag started out as FMK’s diaper bag’ to carry when he is on baby duty, but it is so beautiful and functional I have used it a few times myself. After all, Knox is a boy so I can carry a man’s bag for his things once in a while, right?
As for my outfit, Belabumbum sent me this cute nursing set to wear post delivery. The chemise was obviously much cuter than the hospital gown and it was also more function. The top has front clasp for nursing and it has a closed back which was also a plus. ๐ The matching robe was perfect to layer on top of the chemise for extra coverage when we had visitors.
