My intention was for this recap to give live on Monday, but after a weekend of traveling with two little ones, it took me a few days to regroup and get organized again in Houston. But since one of my favorite things about blogging is being able to look back at our journey and share it with you all, I decided it was better late than never. So without further ado, our Easter weekend at Sugar & Cappy’s…
// Cappy made everyone Easter Bunny pancakes! //
// Andrew’s first visit from the Easter Bunny. //
// Easter morning egg hunt in (cowboy) pj’s (of course). //
// candy! //
// Checking out their goodies with cousin, Ellis //
// Dying Easter Eggs. Such concentration. //
// A rare picture of just the two of us. I love this man. //
// All the grands with their Sugar & Cappy. And no the sun wasn’t in Knox’s eyes. This was just his way of being a typical two year old. Eyes closed in every. single. picture. Sometimes you just have to laugh. //
// Knox with his favorite cowboy Cappy. //
// Hiding from family pictures, but little did he know it made for a pretty cute picture, too. //
// Another outtake that turned out pretty darn cute! Gotta love all his energy and his little mischievous personality! //
// Knox is so lucky to have so many special cousins to grow up with! //
// Knox with my little bro, Walt. After being the coolest uncle to his five nieces and nephews for the last 10 years, he and his wife announced this weekend they are going to be parents in October! I couldn’t be more excited! //
// Another Easter Egg Hunt with the church. //
// After being a family of almost all girls (7 girls to 2 boys on my mom’s side), the tables are starting to turn around our house with three boys in a row (Knox, Marcus and Andrew)! //
// So proud of all his Easter Eggs! //
To those who celebrate, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend with your family! How blessed are we that God have his only son who paid the ultimate price for our sins so that we can live an eternal life in Heaven! #HeIsRisen
