Happy Friday, friends!  I am sure you have all heard by now, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is opened to card holders and will be opening to the general public on July 20th.  For me, this is the time to stock up on a few fall staples that I know will add to my wardrobe for this fall and years to come.  I like to find some pieces that I might pass on at regular price, but make it a good cost-per-wear investment at the sale price.  It is also the perfect time to purchase any basics like denim, outerwear, luggage and intimate apparel.  I am sharing my top 12 favorites today and will break it down by categories in the days and weeks to come, but what I love about this list is that it could literally be my fall wardrobe, and I would be happy restyling all these items with existing pieces in my closet all season long.
