Yellow Lace Dress

I had a special event yesterday so I had to find a special dress for the occasion.

Lucky for me, I have a talented designer and friend as a neighbor so I didn’t have to look very far.

I wore this to emcee the Heroes & Handbags luncheon at River Oaks Country Club. For my fellow Texas girls, it is an amazing charity that supports families of children battling cancer. Living in Houston, home of Texas Children’s Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Center, there are so many families in need. If you are looking for a meaningful way to give back, please check it out!

I seriously got SO many compliments on this dress! The color is so fun and you can’t help, but smile wearing it! I love the length and the way it flutters down. It’s perfect for summer weddings and I’m packing it in my bag this weekend for our little get away! Stay tuned for more…
