Today was a beautiful spring day in New York, the perfect weather for Easter Sunday. I went to church with my husband, enjoyed a nice lunch at an outside table at 5 Napkins, and even fit in an afternoon nap. It was almost a perfect Sunday. The only problem was today was the first Easter I didn’t spend with my family.
While I was in New York, my family was together at my grandparents house in Texas; my little cousins and nieces were hunting for Easter eggs, my grandfather was cooking on the grill, and I was missing everyone dearly.
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter or Passover with your loved ones. And, thank you for sharing it, in some small way, with me.
XOXO,
SCITC
I didn’t realize my tie was coming untied until I was already home. Oh well.
Absolutely love that dress! I love dresses with pockets and polka dots! Love your blogs… keep them coming! The dress still looked great even though the tie was coming undone….No worries!;)
Thanks Jennifer! I am a big polka-dot fan too!

I’m so, so glad someone else appreciates a good dress with pockets! I’ve always loved them, but now that I have my lot of littles they are even more important!
